NICC was established in the 1994 as a General Contractor in Oil, Gas, Petrochemical & Industrial metallurgical fields, with the aim of forming a strong engineering team capable to implement, total quality Management (TQM) to understanding of customers requirements & needs, while offering the world class integrated EPCM services.

NICC now with it’s dynamic managers & outstanding engineering at it’s disposal has been able to provide

NICC from the beginning of it’s establishment, formed safety department in reply to one of the most
important human beings requirements, "Occupation safety" , promotion of productivity & out put of works,
prevention of accidents which cause wasting of time, life, money & etc .

With using international standards of safety & health engineering such as: NIOSH, ACGIH, OSHA, NFPA . Now the company is able to perform one of the absolute priorities of management in the industrial units whom it covers .
Employing specialized & experienced personal safety department could accomplish its safety policy in harmony with the modern technical knowledge of the world & with the highest international standards in all of construction projects, either those which are completed or not, by preparing safety & health procedure, disposing of training classes & instruction during the work for NICC employees, analysis of accidents, recognizing the factors which cause risks & trying to remove them, direct and continued control over planning & performance processes, etc .

Having expect planning & using modern techniques & systems of safety engineering this department have been successful to record the least rate of frequency & intensity of accidents in it’s documents despite of performing great & important projects such as: Construction & installation of SUI gas refinery in Pakistan, performance of gas well utility, ISFEHAN Coal Tar refinery, Imam Khomeyni International Airport, Gas Compressor station of Poul Kaleh and Upgrading of the Oil Terminal Alhodeidah Port, Khozestan Petrochemical & Construction of Rolling Mill Plant KOSAR.

The result of regular safety system of NICC has been consequent to satisfaction of it's client for method of safety standards.
